About the job
We are recruiting a quality specialist in the automotive industry for our client – a European manufacturer of spare parts (cooling and air conditioning systems), who is expanding the technical team at their warehouse in the Bucharest area (Chitila/Rudeni). The position is on-site, with a fixed schedule, and involves daily interaction with the international technical team.
Check car parts returned by customers and decide whether to accept or reject the complaint
Test new products received from suppliers and compare them with original (OE) parts
Prepare technical reports and product specification sheets
Take photos, videos and technical materials showing the quality and functionality of the parts
Keep in contact with the technical and quality departments, including colleagues at the headquarters
University degree (Bachelor's)
Hands-on experience in the automotive field (diagnostics, repairs or product testing)
Solid knowledge of automotive systems and components
Experience with warranty, returns and RMA processes
B2 English (written and spoken)
