About the job
We are recruiting an HVAC and Heating/Cooling Installation Specialist for one of our clients in Târgu Mureș.
Analyze RFQs (requests for quotation), technical projects, and specification documents received from clients;
Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and technical-commercial offers for HVAC, heating, and cooling systems;
Calculate and verify the quantities of materials, equipment, and labor required;
Identify alternative technical solutions to optimize costs and improve execution efficiency;
Work closely with the sales representative to accurately understand the client's needs;
Liaise with clients for technical clarifications and offer adjustments;
Request and negotiate quotes from suppliers for materials and equipment;
Maintain and develop relationships with existing suppliers and identify new sourcing options;
Provide technical support during commercial negotiations with clients and suppliers;
Track the status of submitted offers and update technical documentation when needed;
Revise offers based on project changes or price updates;
Collaborate with the execution team to ensure the proper handover of information after contract award;
Minimum 3 years of experience in the cooling/heating installation field
Experience in client relations
Analytical thinking
Experience with Excel
Hungarian language
English language is an advantage
